Return and refund policy
If your returning a product purchased from lhtechrepair.co.uk for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Discounted items can only be exchanged for store credit to be used for other items on our website.
- Returned items must have original packaging and security stickers unbroken
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please fill in the form in the form below including your name, order number and date of purchase
- Specify which product you wish to return
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email (requests can be made via form for us to post you a return label if your unable to print off yourself)
- Send items back to us using the label provided
